My name is Suzi and I have been teaching Pilates for over 7 years with classes in Ipswich. I also take a relaxing Yin Yoga class to help de-stress from our busy lives. Please get in touch I would love to hear from you.
Classes in Ipswich
On Monday evening the Pilates classes are at The Salvation Army in Woodbrige Rd, Ipswich at 7pm or at 8pm.

On Tuesday at 9.30am and Wednesday at 7.45pm there are Pilates classes at Alan Rd Church Hall in Ipswich.

On Wednesday at 6pm until 7.15pm there is a Yin Yoga class at The California Social Club in Ipswich.
Pilates offers something for people of all ages and abilities, helping with back pain, flattening stomach muscles and providing a strong lean body with a strong core. Pilates can also help to prevent sports injuries. The classes are friendly and community based.

Pilates is addictive, makes you stronger, more flexible and tones your body. Please contact me for more details, classes can be adapted to suit the individual and to provide extra strength for sports such as running and cycling. From beginner to advanced levels. Group sessions are £6 per person and you bring a mat. You'll really notice the difference and feel so much better.
